Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking an Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach to advance training programs for high-level athletes. You will lead personalized strength development, conditioning, and performance optimization, collaborating with sports medicine staff to maximize outcomes.

Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience with Division I or professional athletes, CSCS credentials, and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or strength and conditioning (master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience with Division I college athletes or professional sports.
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred – in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
