The position involves training youth, high school, college, and professional athletes in a private-sector sports performance setting. Opportunity for professional growth within the ETS University pool and potential director-in-training development.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with accredited certification required.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with willingness to learn and grow.
• Sports-minded with leadership development desire.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with tasks.
• Exercise Science/athletics or business background.
• GPA 2.5 or higher.
