Job summary

Advance Concepts Enterprises seeks an Electronic Warfare (EW) Instructor at Ft Bragg, NC to design and deliver curricula for Multi Domain Operations. You will train USSOF and interagency personnel, ensuring alignment with DoD standards.

The role requires proficiency in EW theory, tools, and doctrine, with TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) clearance. Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at USAJFKSWCS.

Qualifications

• Training and experience in electronic attack, electronic protection, and electronic support; understand electromagnetic spectrum environment.
• Proficiency in the use of EW training tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of EW doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures aligned with operational standards.
• Security clearance: TOP SECRET (SCI eligible).

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design activities that are accurate, relevant, realistic, and synchronized with force requirements to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Incorporate institutional strategies to ensure knowledge transfer from institutional to operational environments.
• Update and rewrite lesson products as required by changes in doctrine and curriculum development; provide recommendations to Government prior to curriculum changes.
• Follow DoD and USAJFKSWCS regulations on curriculum development, training guidance, lesson plan development, and presentation techniques for SATB courses.
• Train USSOF and interagency personnel in multi-domain operations, including EW policy, RF theory, spectrum management, and related topics.
