Job summary

Seventh Dimension, Fort Bragg, is seeking an 18B Special Forces Weapons Instructor to deliver comprehensive instruction on weapons employment, tactical marksmanship, and field training. You will mentor students, develop curriculum, and assess performance across classroom and live-fire exercises in line with SF doctrine.

Primary duties include leading field training, ensuring range safety, and adapting instruction to diverse learners while maintaining high instructional standards and compliance

Qualifications

• US citizen
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have served as E-7 or higher (Warrant Officer or Commissioned Officer)
• Awareness of CFD-IC or equivalent instructor training
• Ability to pass pre-employment physicals and background checks
• Willingness to TDY up to 25% of time
• Graduate of 18B Special Forces Weapons Sergeant Course
• Mastery of US/foreign weapons and tactical instruction

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction on US and foreign weapons systems, marksmanship, CAS, FO procedures and fire support operations.
• Lead field training exercises and evaluate students’ performance in tactics and range safety.
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback on student presentations and performance.
• Maintain classroom management and promote student motivation and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with SF doctrine and training standards.
