Job summary

Seventh Dimension, LLC seeks a highly experienced 18B Special Forces Weapons Instructor at Fort Bragg, NC. The role delivers classroom, practical, and field-based instruction on U.S. and foreign weapons systems, tactical marksmanship, mortar and anti-armor systems, CAS, FO procedures, and fire support operations.

Candidates develop curricula, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with Special Forces doctrine, while mentoring students and ensuring safety and compliance throughout training.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen and able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
• Proven instructional experience with military or civilian learners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must meet pre-employment physicals and background checks.
• Ability to TDY up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction on weapons employment and tactical marksmanship across classroom, range, and field settings.
• Evaluate student performance using ISAP-aligned assessments.
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and performance tests.
• Lead field training exercises and mentor students in Light Infantry tactics.
• Maintain safety, range operations, and compliance with doctrine.
• Provide constructive feedback and support continuous learning.
