Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a vigilant security professional to safeguard guests and team members within our casino environment. Responsibilities include escorting customers, aiding authorities, and documenting incidents with accuracy, while upholding our policies and procedures.

The role requires strong English communication, 21+ age, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and certifications such as CPR/First Aid are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration Card and AES/TAM certifications.
• First Aid & CPR certifications preferred.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to prepare effective written reports.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of guests and employees.
• Greet and escort customers as needed.
• Assist civil and law enforcement authorities and provide testimony when required.
• Conduct security patrols and document incidents per policy.
• Maintain lost and found records and perform reporting duties.
• Enforce all casino policies and procedures.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulations.
