Allied Universal is hiring an Elite Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Odessa, TX for a part-time role. The position focuses on armed patrols, customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence in a retail environment.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour with a schedule that includes DayTime shifts. The role emphasizes professionalism, incident response, and strict adherence to site procedures while supporting a safe, welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
