Job summary

Allied Universal in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Elite Security Officer Driver to provide dependable, flexible coverage at an assigned site. You’ll earn $26.00 per hour and have the option to pick up additional shifts to boost earnings. This role emphasizes fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment, plus an opportunity to grow to a fuller schedule up to 40 hours per week by taking extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 21+ years old for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols in retail areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per requirements.
