Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Elite Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Austin, TX. You will provide security services at a designated site with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings.

Pay rate is $26.50 per hour, with a schedule including day-time shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in law enforcement or armed security (or 5+ years armed security), a Texas Level III Armed Certification, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members following security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and professionally per established protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of retail areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns to relevant personnel.
• Prepare incident reports and activity logs with a professional presence.
