Job summary

Digi Security Systems is seeking an experienced Field and Service Engineer to join our Houston, TX operations. You will handle the most skilled service work on access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and on-site support for partners.

The role requires expert knowledge and at least seven years in the commercial security field. You will lead on-site training, develop SOPs, and ensure high installation quality across projects with a strong focus on

Experience installing and servicingAccess Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.

Responsibilities

Service: professional service of access control, CCTV, and burglar/intrusion alarm systems.
Programming: high-level programming and customization to meet Partner needs.
Networking: integration and programming of systems using networks and servers.
Quality Control: perform internal audits and produce installation documentation and training materials.
Leadership: on-site mentoring and creation of SOPs and training sessions.
Communication: clear daily progress updates with Partners and internal staff.
Documentation: complete close-out docs, as-built drawings, and photos.
