Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties: cleaning, waxing, dusting, sweeping, and repairs.
• Supervise 1–5 staff and coordinate tasks for timely completion.
• Manage building and grounds maintenance to meet district needs.
• Report hazards and implement safety improvements.
• Conserve energy and resources through proper operation of equipment.
• Lock/unlock buildings per area schedule and operate FMS.
• Possess license or obtain Second Class C Boiler license within required days.
