Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Possess and maintain valid driver's license with class per district.
Possess and maintain required certifications to operate building equipment.
Ability to read, understand and write instructions for equipment and supplies.
Ability to work outside or inside in all weather conditions.
Self-starter with minimal supervision.
Willing to work non-regular hours including overtime and weekends.
Regularly able to lift objects over 50 pounds.
Able to climb ladders to at least 12 feet.
No allergies to chemicals.
Pass physical examination if required.
Entry level position; experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform custodial duties to maintain a clean, safe learning environment.
Supervise, direct, and assign duty hours to part-time or student employees as needed.
Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
Set up/tear down events and activities.
Report repair needs to supervisor and address hazards.
