- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the roofing sales team.
- Train and coach sales representatives on roofing products and sales techniques.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and KPIs.
- Set sales goals and track progress across the team.
- Support reps through the sales process and assist with complex opportunities.
- Review leads, appointments, estimates, and pipelines; ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement sales performance improvements.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales reps.
