EZCORP, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) for our Miami Beach area store. You will lead a team, process pawn loans, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers and promote sales.
