Job summary

Kalahari Resorts LLC in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin seeks an EMS & Safety Manager to lead the resort's EMS department and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates. The role focuses on comprehensive safety planning and loss-prevention strategies within EH&S regulations.

Qualified candidates have five years in EMS/EMT and certifications such as NREMT, Wisconsin EMS Licensure, EMT or AEMT, with a proven ability to investigate incidents and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or EMT-related position.
• Must hold one of the required EMS certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the resort EMS department.
• Conduct investigations of accidents, close calls, and safety-related incidents with safety leadership.
• Ensure Guest and Associate incident reports are completed timely, complete, and accurate.
• Manage incident report documentation files and ensure consistency with standards.
• Assist with production of documents for the corporate claims department.
• Complete guest follow-ups after an incident.
