Century 21 Results is seeking licensed real estate agents for the Elite Team. This is a high-opportunity, high-standards, sales-only role designed for leverage, momentum, and a real business. We provide coaching, systems, and a scalable platform; you bring the work ethic.

A typical path includes tiered growth, massive lead flow, in-house marketing, admin support, and fast onboarding. Expect hard work, evenings and weekends, coaching twice weekly, and substantial upside for top performers.

Qualifications

• Tech-driven mindset and ability to leverage tools to manage client pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve high sales targets.
• Top-notch time management and high level of organization.
• A proven sales history is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
