Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prospecting and lead generation are strengths.
• Team player with a growth mindset and organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute weekly lead-generation systems.
• Consult with buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology and conduct monthly open houses.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments and follow team standards.
• Participate in weekly script practice and coaching sessions.
• Consult with sellers to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies and listing services.
