Fair Share Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment firm specializing in complex acquisitions, including inherited properties and probate issues. We seek an exceptional Acquisitions Closer to hunt, build relationships, and close stateside deals with a focus on Oregon markets.

You'll own your pipeline, work with research, legal, and operations to navigate obstacles, and push transactions to completion. Compensation is highly performance-based with significant upside.

Qualifications

• Real estate closer experience preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities and decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate decision-makers, build relationships, and negotiate agreements.
