ETS Performance in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Strength & Conditioning Director to lead high-level athlete development and program design. After initial training at our Minnesota HQ, you may assume oversight of the Phoenix facility and drive rapid growth within the ETS network.

The ideal candidate will guide pro and aspiring athletes, create data-driven training plans, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional performance results across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Willingness to relocate and collaborate across multiple ETS locations.
