Job summary

Pantheon seeks an Associate for the US Private Wealth Fund Finance & Operations team to support controllership and oversight across evergreen fund structures. You will review NAVs, recalculate fees, and maintain evidence of governance and reporting.

The role partners with senior colleagues and crosses Investments, Legal, Tax, Risk, Compliance, and Operations as Pantheon scales its US platform.

Qualifications

3–6 years in fund accounting, fund finance, or audit within private markets.
CPA designation preferred or actively pursued; public accounting or fund admin background beneficial.
Working knowledge of US GAAP applicable to investment companies and funds.
Experience with third-party fund administrators desirable.

Responsibilities

Review NAV packages, financial statements, and capital activity from administrators.
Provide fund-level NAV oversight across evergreen funds with monthly sign-off support.
Recalculate incentive and management fees; reconcile results with administrator calculations.
Review expenses and accruals for accuracy and policy compliance.
Analyze NAV movements, portfolio changes, and fee trends; ensure reporting consistency.
Maintain documentation of oversight, issue logs, and calendars.
Support governance materials and materials for governance forums.
Assist with audit processes and onboarding of new fund structures into workflows.
Contribute to process improvements and scalability initiatives.
