Job summary

Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Household Manager to oversee private properties in Pacific Heights, Sausalito, and Nicasio.

This full-time role requires discretion, extraordinary organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate vendors, staff, and daily operations for a UHNW family in the San Francisco area. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, project oversight, vehicle management, and safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, private service, or a related field, ideally within an ultra-high-net-worth or luxury environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support multiple properties.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and oversee preventative & routine maintenance across properties.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and grounds work.
• Manage household staff and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate all transportation and vehicle management for principals.
• Oversee security, access controls, and on-site safety protocols.
