Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services connects LVN/LPN nurses with VIP clients for high-end, in-home care. You’ll deliver expert, one-to-one nursing in clients’ homes, choosing cases that fit your schedule.

As a 1099 contractor, you control when and where you work, with weekly pay and flexible 8–12 hour shifts or shorter visits. This role emphasizes autonomy and discretion while delivering premium private-duty care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor‑prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
