The position offers eligibility for the Montage International Sales Incentive Plan with the potential for quarterly and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with private dining, banquets, or fine dining service.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales, planning, and execution of all private dining events with flawless service.
• Partner with outlet and culinary teams to design menus and experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests for personalized touches that elevate the dining experience.
• Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown of private dining events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to advise guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control related to private dining operations.
