Job summary

Montage International is seeking a VIP Itinerary Specialist to design bespoke luxury experiences and curate personalized itineraries for high-profile guests. You will partner with Front Office, Culinary, Spa, Recreation, Transportation, and local partners to tailor stays to each guest’s preferences and celebrations.

Ideal candidates bring hotel/leisure sales experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and Opera PMS familiarity, with excellent written and verbal communication and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is preferred.
• College degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Knowledgeable in Opera PMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Leisure Sales/Travel industry experience is a plus.
• Licensed driver able to operate SUVs and golf carts.

Responsibilities

• Design customized pre-arrival and in-house itineraries for VIPs and special travelers.
• Coordinate with resort departments to ensure flawless itinerary execution.
• Build relationships with luxury partners and trusted vendors.
• Conduct pre-arrival outreach to capture guest preferences and celebrations.
• Stay informed on local events and exclusive offerings to elevate recommendations.
• Assist Sales Manager in VIP arrivals and group travel arrangements.
• Create estimates and quotes for travel advisors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion with high-profile guests.
