Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in Private Client Services to provide tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals. The role emphasizes personal income, estate and gift tax, wealth retention, and related entity taxation.

The candidate will lead engagements, supervise staff, and identify opportunities for cross-service offerings while maintaining client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
• Additonal JD or LLM in Taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews basic to complex individual and other tax returns.
• Interacts directly with clients and their advisors.
• Manages and monitors KPI’s as established by the business line.
• Identifies tax planning and consulting opportunities.
• Participates in business development and networking activities.
