Job summary

Chase is looking for a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage the full banking relationship across the company, using a proactive approach to grow balances and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with specialists to connect clients to experts in mortgage, advisory, and business services, while promoting self-service options and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience with verifiable success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, and state registrations (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients eligible.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach to match best products and services.
• Partners with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Makes banking convenient by promoting self-service options available 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
