Job summary

Chase is seeking a client-focused banking professional to manage and grow Private Client relationships through an advice-based approach. You will coordinate with Specialists to direct clients to experts for complex needs, while promoting convenient self-service options and ensuring adherence to banking regulations.

The role requires at least 1 year in branch banking with proven client acquisition and revenue generation, plus regulatory licensing or progress toward them.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Registration on National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
