Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for affluent clients, managing their full banking relationship with a proactive, advice-based approach. You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts and promote self-service options for 24/7 access.

You will help acquire new clients, adhere to regulatory requirements, and work hours that include weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year in branch banking with demonstrated client acquisition.
Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6/7 and state registration or must complete within 180 days.
Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
