Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a proven record of acquiring and growing client relationships.
• Experience in branch banking with success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Regulatory knowledge and compliance with banking acts.
• Willingness to work hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Chase Private Client and affluent clients within the Branch.
• Manage clients' banking relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize products/services.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Facilitate self-service access for clients, 24/7 where possible.
• Adhere to all policies and regulatory banking requirements.
