Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage complete banking relationships with a proactive, advice-based approach to grow client balances and revenue.

You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs and to provide 24/7 access to self-service options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements and SAFE Act registration where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by setting up self-service options and access to accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
