Qualifications

• Demonstrated success acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• 1+ year experience in branch banking or equivalent with revenue generation.
• SIE, FINRA 6/7 and state registrations required or completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/TILA requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Chase Private Client and other branch customers.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to upsell suitable products.
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Facilitate self-service access and ensure availability 24/7 for clients.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
