Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Premier Client Support Specialist to partner with Private Bankers and manage relationships across loan inquiries, deposits, and services for a high-touch client portfolio.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in banking or a related field. You’ll process deposits, transfers, and account changes, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School degree or equivalent and 1+ years in bank operations, customer service, admin support or related experience.
• Preferred: 1+ years banking experience with knowledge of consumer and business account opening.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Private Bankers to support a portfolio of clients and banking products.
• Assist with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loan advances, and transfers.
• Communicate with customers on products and services to meet needs.
• Provide admin support to the private banking team.
• Ensure timely research and resolution of client issues with other departments.
