Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing recommendations, and informing about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness standards.
