Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor in Texas to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations to individual needs. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive guest satisfaction.

You will also book appointments for services and support in-store events while maintaining a welcoming selling floor and upholding store standards, policies, and brand training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding purchases.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
