Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Texas is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding them to prestige products. You will perform makeup applications and product demonstrations while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

This role supports the Sales Manager through guest service, events, and an inclusive team culture, with ongoing training on prestige brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products and guest service.
• Ability to build customer relationships and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting, and product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and replenish testers per hygiene policies.
• Stay informed on trends and product benefits.
• Maintain regular attendance.
