Job summary

LA Galaxy Premium Concierge (Part-Time) is based at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA, where you will ensure an outstanding guest experience in premium areas. The role requires setup/breakdown, guest welcome, and credential checks in a high-profile venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 0+ years of related work experience preferred in sports/entertainment venues.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down Premium Season Ticket Member areas (Suites, Cabanas, Platinum Club Seats, Stadium Club, Champions Lounge, Tunnel Club, The Deck, Valet).
• Welcome guests and escort first-time visitors, ensuring venue layout and policies are understood.
• Monitor admission in Premium areas and verify tickets or credentials.
• Develop friendly rapport with Premium Members and recognize ticket locations.
• Act as first point of contact for client issues, escalating as needed.
