Job summary

Levy, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant Director of Premium Food and Beverage at Dignity Health Sports Park, home of the LA Galaxy. This role leads Premium Operations to ensure guest experience, safety, and financial performance while coaching a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality leadership, a Hospitality Management degree preferred, strong financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy and understanding of financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the Premium Operations team to deliver top guest experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in location operations and safety standards.
• Partner with location, regional, and Home Office leadership to implement best practices.
• Lead budgeting, P&L planning, and financial reviews at the location.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to drive menu development and operational enhancements.
• Plan season activities and ensure alignment with Levy and partner goals.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the location.
