Qualifications

• MD or DO and board-eligible/board-certified in plastic surgery.
• Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery residency program.
• State licensure in New York or eligibility to obtain it.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction.
• Provider will be obligated to take hand on-call
