Job summary

Equinox Pilates Instructor position offers the chance to empower clients through customized training and a lifestyle-first approach. You will work under a Pilates Manager to refine programming, education, and business development that supports your growth within the Equinox ecosystem.

Compensation ranges from $45/hr to $62/hr per session, with non-session work paid at $18.47/hr. Additional bonuses and company benefits apply, and a path to management opportunities is available.

Qualifications

Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training completion or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program.
Applicants must be able to provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s).
Exceptional customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client.
Conduct initial assessments and goal setting for clients.
Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
Build your book of business through the member base with guidance from the Pilates Manager.
Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness and assist with administrative tasks.
