Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization.
• Comfortable with all ages and building relationships with members and teammates.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1-2 Years of experience in pickleball instruction or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their game; teaches on court 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs to ensure growth and positive participation.
• Creates exceptional member experiences by involving members in programs, tournaments, and events and ensures equipment is clean and in good condition.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors to make pickleball a core Life Time offering.
