Job summary

Equinox is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to guide clients toward peak performance within a premium fitness and hospitality environment. You will learn under two managers, shaping programming, education, business, and financial planning to elevate your Personal Training career.

You will be responsible for building client relationships, managing schedules, marketing training programs, and delivering fitness assessments and personalized plans for in-person and virtual clients, while upholding

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• PT Business Management
• Build and maintain an active client base
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments and open availability
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions
• Attend Continuing Education classes and participate in meetings with management
