Qualifications

• Must have current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• Certification reimbursement available for non-PT certified applicants.
• CPR/AED certification required (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule including appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during shifts.
