Equinox is seeking a Personal Trainer in New York to build a premium client base and deliver high‑quality coaching. You will lead personalized sessions, assess clients, and promote training programs within a luxury fitness club environment.

You will work with dedicated managers who support ongoing professional development and career progression, while adhering to Equinox standards and exceptional service expectations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a personal trainer is required or obtainable through reimbursement.
• CPR/AED certification is required or available via program.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
