Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join our team in the United States. This role reports to the Personal Trainer Manager and Fitness Manager and is an hourly, non-exempt position with growth opportunities in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

You will administer fitness evaluations, establish client bases, deliver personalized training, and stay informed about all club services. CPR/AED and PT certification are required, with 1–3 years of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• 1-3 years of Personal Training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty and personal integrity are essential.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretches, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain a personal training client base per standards.
• Provide high level of personalized attention to members.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs and products.
• Update and maintain the Personal Training App.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper equipment use and exercise techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and prospects.
• Attend training-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
