Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain via reimbursement.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Possess passion and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Strong communication and customer service excellence.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule of client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services and products.
• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Interact with members to enhance workouts and club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Attend continuing education and meetings.
