Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking a Personal Trainer to design programs and coach clients, both in-person and virtually, under guidance from managers. You will build client bases, manage schedules, and promote training programs while upholding high service standards.

Qualified candidates have current PT certification, CPR/AED, and are comfortable engaging members; compensation includes time spent on education, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification.
• Eligibility to obtain certification through reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule with client appointments and availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Attend Continuing Education classes for promotions.
