You will deliver personal and small group training, tailor programs, and grow your own book of business as you deliver exceptional training experiences.

You’ll develop relationships, create accountability, and drive client results, with earning potential growing as you expand your client base and sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, CPR/AED in-person certification, and CPT certification or related degree.
• Proven ability to grow a client base through high-quality training and client results.
• Sales mindset to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and relationships.
• Build, grow, and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and consistency.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals and success.
• Grow client base through relationships, exceptional service, and proactive outreach.
• Manage session volume, track progress, and adjust programs to maximize results and retention.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding to establish trust and coaching relationships.
