Job summary

Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to develop and optimize client programs, manage a robust client base, and coordinate schedules. You will market training packages, conduct assessments, and tailor plans for both in-person and virtual clients.

Ideal candidates hold a nationally recognized PT cert or a related bachelor’s, CPR/AED certification, and excellent communication. In-person availability across weekdays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• CPR/AED certification required or available.
• In-person work availability weekdays/weekends; strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute PT programs and management tasks.
• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage scheduling including appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services and programs.
• Deliver fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create customized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
