Pepper's Personal Assistants in Seattle is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a professional family in Queen Anne. The role centers on household management, meal prep, and proactive organization to keep life running smoothly.

This on-site position runs 15 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Fri 9am–2pm) with compensation of $28–$31 per hour. Ideal candidates value privacy, discretion, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems for daily life.
• Lead decluttering and seasonal organization projects.
• Plan meals, shop for groceries, and prepare meals per family preferences.
• Follow food allergy protocols and avoid cross-contact.
• Complete errands and manage inventories of groceries and supplies.
• Manage laundry/wardrobe, including dry cleaning coordination.
• Schedule appointments and support home maintenance projects.
• Research products/solutions and present practical recommendations.
• Provide routine cat care and coordinate pet supplies and visits.
• Anticipate needs and communicate questions clearly.
