Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is assisting in recruiting a full-time Urologist for Mattoon, Illinois. Board-certified or eligible, you will join a growing department with mid-level support and a strong regional presence.

This outpatient position offers a high-earning package at $750,000 per year, generous bonuses, sign-on incentives, relocation help, extensive PTO, CME funds, tail coverage, and robust retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited school and board certification status in Urology.
• Completed Urology residency and valid IL medical license or eligibility.
• Active DEA registration and strong clinical and surgical skills in a team-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological care to a regional patient base.
• Collaborate with department consisting of one urologist and two APPs; coordinate clinic and surgical schedules.
• Cover mid-to-late week blocks to maintain patient access and expand outpatient surgeries.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to maximize market expansion and outpatient opportunities.
• Participate in a call rotation with ED consults, adhering to a 1 in 3 call schedule.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for visits and procedures.
